Footage of the Guignol Theater Fire (1947)
On
January 10, 1947 the original Guignol Theater on the University of
Kentucky campus caught fire. It was located on Euclid Ave (now Avenue of
Champions). 1949 UK alum, Les Clark shot this 8mm footage of the fire.
